We promise to give you a first class service, excellent calendars at highly competitive prices. All prices displayed in the catalogue alongside each calendar are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. If you are ordering outside of the European Union, the VAT will be deducted at the checkout and you will be charged only the VAT Exclusive price. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the sidebar menu or by conducting a search for a particular calendar and click on any calendars that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your calendar order and your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction automatically to your own currency. If you order from outside the UK and Europe (EU), you will not be charged VAT. Prices displayed alongside each calendar are inclusive of VAT, which will be deducted at the checkout stage of your shopping process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Eurocard. Your payment will be made in real time. If any calendars are out of stock, we will refund your card directly with WorldPay and will only charge you for the calendars we are able to send you. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
We do not charge handling fees. Shipping to UK is by first class or second class postage (2nd class maximum of 2 calendars). Postage is charged incrementally from £2.00 for 1 calendar upwards to £4.70 for 3 calendars. For 4-50 calendars, calendar orders are sent by Securicor and carry a flat fee of £5.00. International shipping charges for 1 calendar are £2.80 Europe, £4.65 Zone 1, and £5.00 Zone 2. When you complete your calendar order your shipping charges will be calculated for you according to your country and quantity of calendars ordered, and are itemised separately.

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to process your calendar order immediately. UK Customers should receive delivery of their calendars within 7 days. International customers should receive delivery within 14 days.

Back Orders
If your calendar is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For calendar orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Prices displayed alongside each calendar in the catalogue include VAT.

Credit Card Security
All transactions on this website go through WorldPay's secure online credit card system. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the calendar order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
Our calendars should reach you in perfect condition. In the event of a customer receiving damaged calendars please contact us on 01959 533553. We will replace your damaged calendars at no extra cost to you, but would ask you to return your damaged calendars to us. This does not affect your statutory rights - please see our Returns Policy for further details on returns and the distance selling directive. We do our utmost to keep our site up to date, however, we cannot guarantee that certain suppliers will not change their front covers, or cancel calendars without our knowledge. Calendar Empire do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) . We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you is the information given by you at the time of ordering. Returns Policy
Once 'unwanted' goods are received, the consumer has a 7 working day cancellation period. The consumers right to reject starts from the day the contract is made, and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. The right given to the consumer by the Distance Selling Regulation is a cancellation right i.e a right to cancel the contract. Whether the consumer has returned the goods or not, a refund of all monies including the initial shipping charges must be made within 30 days of cancellation. We request that the goods are returned at consumer's cost, and if they are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the costs from the refund. The goods must be unused and in original condition and with your Calendar Empire receipt, and must be received back within 14 days from the date of cancellation. For your protection, please obtain a receipt and proof of posting from your Post Office. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Remittance Terms
For 'Online Credit Card' payments, order will be shipped immediately as payment is taken online. For 'Invoice and Payment Before Delivery', please send cheque to This Is London Calling Ltd on receipt of invoice - order is shipped on receipt of payment.
